1 Decision on taking business in private:
The Committee agreed to take items 5, 6 and 7 in private.
Pam Gosal MSP declared an interest as the owner of 50% of the issued share capital in two property investments and letting companies. One has a property in Scotland and the other one in England. Both properties are let under long-term leases. Pam declared that she did not receive any income from her share ownership in these companies.
Ivan McKee MSP declared an interest as an owner of a private rental property and ownership of a 50% share in a company which lets residential property.
