The Committee considered and agreed a draft letter to the Cabinet Secretary for NHS Recovery, Health and Social Care.
6 Post-legislative scrutiny: Alcohol (Minimum Pricing) (Scotland) Act 2012 (in private):
The Committee considered its approach to further scrutiny.
