1. Cyber Security and Resilience (Network and Information Systems) Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (In Private):

The Committee considered a draft report on legislative consent memorandum LCM-S6-70. Various changes were agreed to, and the report was agreed for publication.

2. Legacy paper (In Private):

The Committee considered a draft legacy report summarising work this session and suggesting issues for a successor committee. Various changes were agreed to. The Committee delegated to the Convener responsibility for finalising the report for publication.

3. Annual report (In Private):

The Committee considered a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2025 to 8 April 2026. Various changes were agreed to. The Committee delegated to the Convener responsibility for finalising the report for publication.
