1. Decision on taking business in private:

The Committee agreed to take items 3, 4, and future consideration of its draft annual report, in private.

2. Cyber Security and Resilience (Network and Information Systems) Bill (UK Parliament legislation):

The Committee took evidence on legislative consent memorandum LCM-S6-70 from—

Angela Constance, Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Home Affairs, and Paul Chapman, Head of Public Sector Cyber Resilience, Scottish Government.

3. Cyber Security and Resilience (Network and Information Systems) Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (In Private):

The Committee considered the evidence heard under agenda item 2.

4. Legacy paper (In Private):

The Committee considered a draft legacy report summarising work this session and suggesting issues for a successor committee. Various changes were agreed and a revised draft will be considered at the next meeting.
