1. Digital Assets (Scotland) Bill:

The Committee took evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—

Richard Lochhead, Minister for Business and Employment, Kieran Burke, Team Leader, Digital Assets Bill, Emma Phillips, Lawyer, Scottish Government Legal Directorate, Fraser Gough, Parliamentary Counsel and Liam Hepburn, Senior Policy Official, Scottish Government.

2. Digital Assets (Scotland) Bill (In Private):

The Committee considered the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 1.

3. The economic potential of artificial intelligence (In Private):

The Committee considered a draft letter to the Scottish Government. Various changes were agreed to. The Committee delegated to the Convener responsibility for finalising the draft.

The Committee noted its work programme.
