The Committee considered a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2025 to 8 April 2026, and agreed to publish the finalised report.

5. Statutory Instrument protocol update (in private):

The Committee considered an update in relation to notification to the Scottish Parliament of UK Government Statutory Instruments which make provision in devolved areas, agreed to record the outcome of its consideration of this item in its Legacy Report.
