5. UEFA European Championship (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2. It agreed to report to the Scottish Parliament.

6. Biodiversity Beyond National Jurisdiction Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private):

The Committee considered the supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum and powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence in the Bill. It agreed to write to the Scottish Government.

7. Quarterly report (in private):

The Committee considered a draft report for the parliamentary quarter from 9 September to 17 November 2025, and agreed to publish the finalised report.
