The Committee agreed that no points arose on the following—

5. Tertiary Education and Training (Funding and Governance) (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers in this Bill at Stage 1 and agreed to write to the Scottish Government.


6. Regulation of Legal Services (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers in this Bill after Stage 2 and agreed to report to the Parliament.


7. Product Regulation and Metrology Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private):

The Committee considered the supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum on the Bill. 


8. Quarterly report (in private):

The Committee considered a draft report for the parliamentary quarter from 2 December 2024 to 23 February 2025 and agreed to publish the finalised report.


9. Framework legislation and Henry VIII powers (in private):

The Committee considered and agreed a draft report. It also delegated responsibility to the Convener for finalising its publication.
