1. Decision on taking business in private:

The Committee agreed to take items 4 and 5 in private.


2. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure:

The Committee agreed that no points arose on the following—

Rural Support (Improvement) (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/Draft)
Disability Assistance (Scottish Adult Disability Living Allowance) Regulations 2025 (SSI 2025/Draft)





4. Social Security (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2 and agreed to report to the Parliament.


5. Quarterly report (in private):

The Committee considered a draft report for the parliamentary quarter from 13 May to 15 September 2024 and agreed to publish the finalised report.
