5 Electronic Trade Documents Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private):

The Committee considered the power to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence in the Electronic Trade Documents Bill (UK Parliament legislation). The Committee agreed to write to the UK Government and the Scottish Government.


6 Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private):

The Committee considered the powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence in the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill (UK Parliament legislation), as amended. The Committee agreed to report to the lead committee, the Constitution, Europe, External Affairs and Culture Committee.


7 Annual report (in private):

The Committee considered a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2022 to 12 May 2023 and agreed to publish the finalised report.
