The Committee agreed to take item 2 in private.

2. Statutory review of the Scottish Fiscal Commission (In Private):

The Committee considered the draft terms of reference of the statutory review of the Scottish Fiscal Commission.

3. Scottish Employment Injuries Advisory Council Bill (In Private):

The Committee considered a draft Stage 1 report. Various changes were agreed to, and the report was agreed for publication.
