Subordinate Legislation on Smoke and Fire Alarms considered by the Local Government and Communities Committee on 16 December 2020 - Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 (Tolerable Standard) (Extension of Criteria) Amendment Order 2020 (SSI 2020/draft)

These regulations are subject to the affirmative procedure. This Order amends the date on which the requirement for the installation of fire and carbon monoxide detection and warning equipment is added to the tolerable standard for housing, changing it from 1 February 2021 to 1 February 2022.
