I have heard the interaction between Fulton MacGregor and other MSPs on the committee and I think that that is a very reasonable way to do it—with no timescale specified and using the affirmative procedure to introduce more details.

For Ukrainian refugees on the far side of a catchment area, a school can be hard to reach by bus, particularly given the issue with tickets. I urge MSPs to find out whether their regions have similar issues, and to make contact with local bodies to see how they can be resolved.
