Criminal Justice Committee Report on its Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2026/27 - Session 6 scrutiny of criminal justice sector budgets
This set out key areas the Committee identified as needing to be urgently addressed across the Scottish criminal justice system, many of which pre-dated the COVID-19 pandemic. Many issues which were exacerbated by the impact of the pandemic and the refocussing of political and fiscal action on tackling the immediate impact of COVID.

Building Safety Levy (Scotland) Bill - Administration of the levy
A registrable event is defined as the submission of a completion certificate, or an application for the grant of permission for the temporary occupation - the same conditions defined as the building completion date in the Bill.
