Staffing Staff turnover has reduced from 11.5% in April 2022 to 9.5% in January 2023. A key driver of turnover is that the Board has an aging workforce with nearly 30% aged 55 and over.

I think that people are disillusioned with the bigger banks because of the bank closure programme and perhaps the way in which they are in general treated by the big banks.
