To ask the Scottish Government what assessment has been made of any potential food safety and hygiene implications in connection with the Deposit Return Scheme’s online takeback service of food delivery drivers who collect used containers and are not registered with SEPA as a waste carrier, broker or professional collector and transporter of waste.

To ask the Scottish Government what steps are being taken to ensure that any food delivery drivers participating in the Deposit Return Scheme’s online takeback service only return recyclable items ordered on the relevant delivery platform and are not asked to return containers from other sources, such as supermarkets.

To ask the Scottish Government, further to the answer to question S6W-11274 by Mairi Gougeon on 16 November 2022, what its position is on the NatureScot guidance that states that "there may be a case made for removing [bird] carcasses from sites where there is very high public access", and, if it agrees with this guidance, whether it will consider providing additional funding to local authorities to do this.
