To ask the Scottish Government how many women aged 75 and over have self-referred for a breast screening appointment since the programme restarted on 29 August 2022, broken down by screening centre, and whether it plans to widen the eligibility criteria for this age group to self-refer to the breast screening programme.
Answer
The Scottish Government does not hold this information centrally as it is a matter for Regional Screening Centres.
Self-referral appointments have begun in a careful, phased manner. At present, women aged 71 to 74 (up to their 75 th birthday), and women over 75 with a history of breast cancer, who have completed their hospital follow-up, can ask for a screening appointment.
The screening programme recognises the desire for clarity around when eligibility will be widened. However, it is essential to understand the impact the initial re-instatement is having on both programme capacity and overall wait times before any decisions on additional eligibility are taken. The programme is monitoring impact on an on-going basis, and I will provide an update to Parliament once any further decisions on expansion are possible.

To ask the Scottish Government whether it will list the locations of all of the accommodation that it has supported local authorities to use to accommodate people through its Super Sponsor Scheme.
Answer
We regularly review our temporary accommodation in order to provide the best support to our Ukrainian guests and do not want people spending any longer than necessary in temporary accommodation. Disclosing this information may result in a significant risk to the health and safety of the individuals staying in these hotels. Therefore, we currently have no plans to disclose this information.
The Scottish Government publish regular Scotland-level data and information on people displaced by the war in Ukraine. The latest data, published, 20 October 2022, can be found on our website: https://www.gov.scot/publications/ukraine-sponsorship-scheme-in-scotland-statistics-october-2022/pages/welcome-accommodation/

To ask the Scottish Government how many homebuyers have tranched up their equity stakes to date for properties in which it still holds an equity stake, broken down by scheme.
Answer
Providing the information requested prior to April 2017 could only be answered at disproportionate cost. Following a change to the way we record shared equity sales from 2017-18 we are able to provide the information requested.
Since 2017-18 there have been 7 partial tranche-ups where the Scottish Government still hold an investment. This includes 3 properties purchased through the Open Market Shared Equity Scheme, 2 through the Help to Buy scheme and 2 through the New Supply Shared Equity Scheme.

To ask the Scottish Government how the Childsmile programme is delivered to children under the age of five.
Answer
The Childsmile Programme is designed to help improve the oral health of children in Scotland and is delivered through a range of measures. The Childsmile Core Programme is available throughout Scotland and is introduced to families by their Health Visitor. Every child in Scotland is provided with a dental pack containing a toothbrush and toothpaste on at least six occasions by the age of five and can receive twice-yearly applications of fluoride varnish from the age of 2.
Childsmile School and Nursery ensures that all 3 and 4 year old children attending nursery are offered free, daily, supervised toothbrushing. Those children in the 20 per cent most deprived areas of Scotland are also able to receive an additional twice-yearly fluoride varnish applications by Childsmile dental teams in nurseries and schools until at least primary 4.
More information on the Childsmile programme can be found at: https://www.child-smile.org.uk/index.aspx .

To ask the Scottish Government whether Scottish Enterprise has undertaken an equalities impact assessment to inform its reported proposal to close all its office locations except those in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee and Aberdeen.
Answer
Any proposals around its future operational estate are a matter for Scottish Enterprise. I have therefore asked the Chief Executive of Scottish Enterprise to respond to you directly. However, I do understand that the current consultation on office requirements - which includes consideration of co-location with other public sector bodies and industry partners, to enhance collaborative working – will include completion of an Equality Impact Assessment as a key component.

To ask the Scottish Government how long it estimates the assessment of the 780 identified high-rise buildings in Scotland will take, and how this compares with the information released under Freedom of Information request 202200321870.
Answer
Not all 780 buildings on the high rise inventory will require assessment. Single building assessments are demand led and available on request for homeowners or their representatives should they meet the qualifying criteria.

To ask the Scottish Government, further to the answer to question S6T-00933 by Shona Robison on 1 November 2022, what the status is of the gateway recommendations in Cladding Remediation Gateway Review 0 (Strategic Assessment) October 2021 and July 2022.
Answer
Of the 15 recommendations laid out in Cladding Remediation Gateway Reviews 0 (Strategic Assessment) October 2021 and July 2022, the October recommendations largely overwrite those from the July review. Of the eight recommendations from the July 2022 Gateway Review, all are on track and four out of the eight have been completed.
