Trish Godman (Oldest Committee Member):

It is exactly 12 o'clock; it is good to start the meeting on time. I welcome everyone to the first meeting of the Review of SPCB Supported Bodies Committee. I have received apologies from Johann Lamont. I remind members to switch off their mobile phones, BlackBerrys, any wee tape players that they might have hidden in their pockets and suchlike.

Agenda item 1 is declaration of interests. Members have received a note on the process, which is in accordance with section 3 of the code of conduct for members of the Scottish Parliament. I invite members to declare any interests that are relevant to the remit of the committee. I will start with myself: I have no interests to declare.

I have nothing to declare beyond what is publicly available in my entry in the register of members' interests.

I have no relevant interests to declare.
