Do members have any comments on the regulations?
To say that the regulations make a very small change is putting it mildly. That said, I suppose that the change is not small to some people. The regulations say that the "weekly sum of £79" will be changed to £80. I do not know what that means.
They might need the money for the water in their swimming pools.
