Items 2 and 3 are consideration of affirmative Scottish statutory instruments. In view of the correspondence that the committee has received on these SSIs, it has been proposed that we defer these items to next week. Are members agreed?

I have to apologise to the minister, but representations that we have received have raised some concerns and we would like to take further evidence from those who submitted them. We would be very pleased if you could come back next week and speak to the SSIs.
