Our next item of business is consideration of Parliamentary Bureau motions. I ask Euan Robson to move business motion S1M-2003.
Before moving the business motion, I draw members' attention to two changes to this week's business. This morning's business will end at 12 noon, rather than at 12.30, to allow for preparations for President Mbeki's address to the Parliament. Business will resume at 2 pm. The other changes are as set out in the business bulletin.
Motion agreed to.
