Parliamentary Bureau Motion

The next item of business is consideration of the Parliamentary Bureau motion S1M-3747, in the name of Patricia Ferguson, on the designation of a lead committee. Euan Robson has one minute to move the motion.

I seek your guidance as to whether you have dealt with motion S1M-3652.

That will be dealt with at decision time.

I hope that that question has used up a couple of minutes.

That the Parliament agrees that the Justice 1 Committee be designated as lead committee in consideration of the draft Scotland Act 1998 (Transfer of Functions to the Scottish Ministers etc.) Order 2003.
