Good morning, and welcome to the second meeting in session 7 of the Climate Action Committee. I welcome everyone back after the summer recess—I hope that everyone had a relaxing period and is looking forward to the great amount of work that we have ahead of us.
Our first agenda item is a declaration of interests. I welcome James Adams MSP to the committee and invite him to declare any interests that are relevant to the committee’s remit.
