Good morning, and welcome to the second meeting of the Rural Affairs Committee. I ask everyone to ensure that all electronic devices are switched to silent.
Our first item of business is a declaration of interests by Emma Roddick. As Emma was unable to attend the committee’s first meeting, I invite her to declare any interests that are relevant to the committee’s remit. That applies whether or not such an interest is relevant to today’s business and is in addition to the ordinary requirement to declare interests that are relevant to specific items of business.
