Item 1 is to welcome Lyndsay McIntosh to the Equal Opportunities Committee. I have worked with Lyndsay before on the Justice and Home Affairs Committee so she must be following me.

I hope that you enjoy the work of the committee. I am sure you will find it interesting. Do you have a declaration of interests to make to the committee?

No, I do not. I have a continuing interest in the activities of the District Courts Association, but as far as the Equal Opportunities Committee is concerned, I have no interests to declare. May I say that I like the way that you operate?
