Housing Grants (Application Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 2003 (SSI 2003/420)

We move on to item 3, which is consideration of the Housing Grants (Application Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 2003. The regulations are subject to negative procedure and are therefore subject to annulment under rule 10.4 of the standing orders. No motion to annul the instrument has been lodged with the chamber desk. The committee has been sent copies of the regulations and the accompanying documents. If there are no comments on the regulations, is the committee content with them?

I therefore conclude that the committee does not wish to make any recommendation in its report to Parliament. Do we agree to report to the Parliament with our decision on the regulations?
