Good morning and welcome to the fourth meeting in 2017 of the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee. I remind everyone present to ensure that mobile phones are switched to silent for the duration of the meeting.
Agenda item 1 is a decision whether to take items 4, 5 and 6 in private today and to consider in private at future meetings further evidence and the committee’s report on “Draft Climate Change Plan: The draft third report on policies and proposals 2017-2032” and on deer management and our response to the Presiding Officer’s commission on parliamentary reform. Do members agree to do so?
