Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome everyone to the 30th meeting in 2020 of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee. I remind those of us here in the Adam Smith room that social distancing measures are in place in committee rooms and across the Holyrood campus. I ask that you all take care to observe those measures during this morning’s business, including when entering and exiting the room.
