Decision on Taking Business in Private

The Convener (Joan McAlpine)

Welcome to the ninth meeting in 2018 of the Culture, Tourism, Europe and External Relations Committee. I remind members and the public to turn off their mobile phones, and any members who are using electronic devices to access committee papers should ensure that they are switched to silent.

Apologies have been received from Tavish Scott, Richard Lochhead and Ross Greer. I welcome to the meeting Andy Wightman, who is substituting for Ross Greer, and I invite him to declare any relevant interests.

I have nothing to declare.

The Convener

Thank you, Mr Wightman.

Our first item of business today is to decide whether to take item 3 in private. Do members agree to do so?

Members indicated agreement.
