Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 18th meeting in 2018 of the Public Audit and Post-legislative Scrutiny Committee. I ask everyone to please turn off their electronic devices or switch them to silent so that they do not affect the committee’s work. We have received apologies from Colin Beattie, and Kenneth Gibson is attending the meeting in his place.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. We have already agreed to take in private item 4, which is consideration of our draft report. Do members agree to take items 3 and 5 in private?
