Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to the second meeting in 2021 of the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee. Our first item is to decide whether to take in private item 8, which is consideration of our draft response to the House of Lords Common Frameworks Scrutiny Committee’s inquiry into post-Brexit common frameworks. If members do not agree to take that item in private, please indicate that.
