Decisions on Taking Business in Private

The Deputy Convener (Rona Mackay)

Good morning, everybody, and welcome to the Justice Committee’s third meeting of 2017. Thank you for coming. We have received apologies from John Finnie and Margaret Mitchell.

The first item on the agenda is for me to invite the committee to agree to take items 5 and 6 in private. Item 5 is a paper on future scrutiny of the Limitation (Childhood Abuse) (Scotland) Bill and item 6 is consideration of the committee’s work programme. Are we agreed?

Members indicated agreement.

I also invite members to agree to consider in private at next week’s meeting the draft report on the legislative consent memorandum on the United Kingdom Parliament’s Criminal Finances Bill. Are we agreed?
