Agenda item 4 is subordinate legislation and the item under consideration is again the Public Procurement etc (Scotland) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Amendment (No 2) Regulations 2019. The regulations address retained EU law, enabling it to operate effectively; they also address other deficiencies arising from the United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the European Union.
