Decisions on Taking Business in Private

The Convener (Graeme Dey)

Good morning, and welcome to the 15th meeting in 2018 of the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee. We have apologies from Gil Paterson and we may be joined by Joan McAlpine in her role as a substitute member of the committee. I remind everyone present to switch off mobile phones and other electronic devices, as they may affect the broadcasting system.

The first item on the agenda is for the committee to consider whether to take items 5 and 6 in private. Do members agree to take those items in private?

Members indicated agreement.
