Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 31st meeting in 2017 of the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee. I remind everyone present to switch off mobile phones and other electronic devices because they might affect the broadcasting system.

Agenda item 1 is to ask the committee to decide whether to take items 3 and 4 in private. Do members all agree that we will do so?
