Gil Paterson (Clydebank and Milngavie) (SNP)

Good morning. I welcome everyone to the eighth meeting in 2020 of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee.

Quite a few of us are new members of the committee, so the first item on the agenda is the declaration of interests. In accordance with section 3 of the “Code of Conduct for Members of the Scottish Parliament”, I invite Bill Bowman to declare any interests that are relevant to the remit of the committee.

I have no interests that are relevant to the committee’s remit.

Thank you. I invite Gordon Lindhurst to declare any relevant interests.

My interests are as set out in the register of members’ interests.

Thank you. Because I am a new member, I, too, should declare any relevant interests. I refer members of the committee and the public to my entry in the register of members’ interests.
