In relation to SSI 2017/346, does the committee wish to welcome the fact that the Scottish Government has revoked and replaced the Private Housing (Tenancies) (Scotland) Act 2016 (Commencement No 2 and Saving Provision) Regulations 2017, which meets the commitment that was given to the committee in relation to that earlier instrument?
