Good morning. I welcome members to the Subordinate Legislation Committee's 26th meeting in 2001. The first agenda item is the committee's decision on whether to take agenda item 7 in private. I propose that we discuss the item in public, unless anyone can show good reason to take it in private. Is that agreed?
