Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, and welcome to the 28th meeting in 2017 of the Culture, Tourism, Europe and External Relations Committee. I remind members and members of the public to turn off mobile phones; members who are using electronic devices to access committee papers should please ensure that they are turned to silent.

Apologies have been received from Jackson Carlow and Lewis Macdonald, and I welcome to the committee Daniel Johnson, who is substituting for Lewis Macdonald. As it is Daniel’s first time at the committee, I invite him to declare any relevant interests.
