Annual Report

Item 2 on the agenda is our annual report, which we have to compile. Members have been issued with a draft and we are required to amend it or agree to it. I have one minor drafting suggestion.

Oh, no.

The Convener:

It is purely semantics. At the foot of the first page, the last sentence currently reads:

"The Committee also began a review of legislation passed in the first Parliament, the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act."

I suggest that we insert the words "commencing with" after the comma after the word "Parliament". That would make a little more sense. Apart from that, do members agree to the draft?

Members indicated agreement.
