Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. Welcome to the 14th meeting in 2017 of the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee. We have apologies from David Stewart and Maurice Golden. We have been joined by Peter Chapman MSP, a substitute for the latter.

I remind everyone present to switch off mobile phones and electronic devices, as they might affect the broadcasting system.

Item 1 is consideration of whether to take in private items 6 and 7. Do we all agree to take those items in private?
