Appointment of Reporter

The next item is the appointment of a reporter for the forthcoming visit to Northern Ireland. Does any member wish to propose a reporter?

I propose the convener, Trish Godman.

I second Mr Gibson's proposal.

I do not think that "big sook" is parliamentary language.

I was not being a big sook so much as launching a pre-emptive strike—the convener wanted me to be the reporter.

I must admit that that is the truth. Are members agreed that I should act as the reporter?
