There is a bit of confusion about the numbering around chapter 37AA and chapter 37. With great respect to the court and all the people involved therein, we should draw that to their attention.
There appears to be an error in section 2(2), to do with the revocation of chapter 37. We should ask the Executive to clarify that.
I would not be particularly happy if no rules of court governed the seizure of proceeds of crime.
So a gap would be left—
That we do not want the bad guys to go through.
