We need only comment in passing that it might have been of some help to the reader if the explanatory note had contained some indication of the content of the provisions commenced.

Standards in Scotland's Schools etc Act 2000 (Commencement No 3 and Transitional Provisions) Amendment Order 2001 (SSI 2001/400)

One point arises on the order.

There has been a duplication of references in the footnotes.

We will let the Executive know that in a friendly fashion.

I should point out that the item on the Executive response to our points on the Community Care and Health (Scotland) Bill has been carried over to next week's meeting. I thank committee members for their attendance.
