Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the eighth meeting in 2018 of the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee. We have received apologies from our colleague Alex Rowley, who is indisposed.

I remind everyone present to switch off their mobile phones and other electronic devices, as they may affect the broadcasting system.
