Agenda item 2 is consideration of whether to take items in private. The main agenda item today is item 3, which is consideration of the draft report on our inquiry into issues that arise from the Transport (Scotland) Act 2001. The report will be made public as soon as members finalise and agree it. The committee's normal practice is to consider draft reports in private. Do members agree to consider the draft report in private today and on further occasions when it appears on the agenda? When we have agreed the report, it will become a public document.
