No points have been identified on the order. However, we should ask why we have to push through the order now when we are trying to get so many other orders through. It is because we are the saftest in the faimily.
Given that the transformation from the Health Education Board for Scotland to NHS Health Scotland has been nodded through, it would be odd if the functions were not transferred.
