Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to the fifth meeting of the Public Petitions Committee in 2012. I am the deputy convener and am standing in for the convener, David Stewart, who is at another meeting. Apologies have been received from him. I am sure that the clerks will keep me right if I happen to wander off in any particular way.

I welcome Angus MacDonald, who joins the committee in place of Bill Walker, and ask him whether he has any interests to declare.
