I welcome members to the 11th meeting in 2018 of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee. We have apologies from Alison Harris MSP.
Before we start the evidence-taking session, we must decide, under agenda item 1, whether to take in private item 4, which will be consideration of the delegated powers provisions in the Social Security (Scotland) Bill, as amended at stage 2. Does the committee agree to do that?
