Under agenda item 2, it is proposed that the committee takes items 4 and 5—consideration of the delegated powers provisions in the Fuel Poverty (Target, Definition and Strategy) (Scotland) Bill and of a paper on our work relating to Scottish Law Commission bills—in private.
